Wow! What helpful sales staff at Dreams, Filton. We went it told them our budget and bam, there it was, a really comfy double mattress. Thank Lesley, great advice and coffee.

I have booked two mattresses from the store and the next day I went there to upgrade it to a better one and I was told they can’t deliver those on the day as promised earlier.I’m really disappointed as I was with no other option but to go ahead with the initial ones as I needed them delivered on the initially agreed date.My point is as my delivery slot was still available, it could have been manger better.

I needed a new pillow and was after plenty of information about quality, materials, durability, and performance. The service I received in the Filton branch (unfortunately I do not remember the of the young man who attended me) was great, friendly and insightful. And I love my new pillow! Marta

Sophie at Filton store was amazing, she helped us to identify the mattress which met our needs quickly. She is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We recommend you to ask for Sophie to help with your mattress shopping. This was our first time shopping here and will be a returning customer.

Sophie was very helpful and polite she also gave good information on the products. We were offered a nice cup of tea and to help with our choice we used the mattress assessment process.all in all a very pleasant experience.

I went in at 5.30pm on a Saturday. A couple were being served and whilst I was testing out a few beds I overheard the conversation. The couple were just finishing the payment and were about to leave and the member of staff serving them said please leave us a review

Robin was very helpful with advice regarding the correct sort of pillow for a comfortable night's sleep, also very hospitable making coffee and providing biscuits! He's an excellent ambassador for Dreams!

If I have to summarise my experience with this store, it would be an abomination. We came to this branch in search of a new mattress on 13/05/23. When we walked in, there were no other customers inside. The three sales people there were sitting down at the desk, talking and laughing with eachother. One was showing the other two something they thought was funny on their phone (please share with your customers. We would love to see something funny too). As we made our way around the store, we thought they must have noticed we were here. We had been there for at least 10 minute but nobody came over to greet us. I know my partner and I look young, but don't worry we're both working fulltime jobs. We can afford a mattress!! There was zero initiative from the sales team so we headed towards the exit. One guy saw us walking past and barely said hello. Perhaps there is a reason why there were no other customers in sight on a Saturday afternoon? Also it might be worth adding that my partner visited the branch at Cribbs Causeway and the people there were actually willing to help him. What a surprise?!
