Danger .... Beware ....Where to start, well I should have started with reading reviews for this cowboy garage, conmen, scammers, choose any adjective, they all fit! I was miles from home, needed to find a local VAT registered garage close to where I was in accordance with the conditions of my warranty. So my Range Rover was lifted to this 'place' on 11th September, I was pestered on a daily basis from this date, by 'Paul' asking me to chase the Warrant company to payout. The work was authorised on 25th September, held up by Richmond Landrover trying to claim for additional work which was not the cause of the breakdown! When the warrant company received this additional claim they understandably refused to pay it, I received a telephone call from 'Paul' telling me to pay them £1095.43 for this EGR replacement plus excess labour at £110 per hour. This was paid by me that day. Then apparently the garage fell silent! I enquired when my vehicle would be ready to collect and I was then told promises, lies including there was no ramp space, lack of technicians and then the biggest lie that a replacement part had arrived but was subsequently found to be faulty and they had to order another one. This is not the truth that I can prove. I have asked the garage on four occasions now for the invoice / delivery note for the part that was apparently faulty. I was initially informed this would be forwarded to me on 'Monday' as it was with their 'Accounts', however 4 weeks on it has not been received. The garage received £2500 plus on 25th September, my vehicle was finally completed on 13th October! The aggravation and inconvenience caused to me, which was also detrimental to my employment I cannot put into words. I was obviously assessed as a vulnerable female who did not have a clue, which in part was true however their dishonesty and lack of integrity quickly made me very experienced in untrustworthy garage practices. This is a precise of my experience with these people. I have collated all correspondence, facts and figures and completed a detailed report regarding this garage's activities for the attention of the Office of Fair Trading, Richmond Trading Standards and 'Rogue Traders'.

This dealership regularly uses local residential streets to park their fleet of Range Rovers & Land Rovers. These streets are already completely full .. very difficult to find a space to park for local residents and this dealership has made a bad situation much much worse.A friend of mine popped over for an evening, parked his car (happens to be a Range Rover) on the street. When he came back to his car it had been keyed.Thanks Richmond Land Rover .. your actions (and utter rudeness to people that have complained directly to you) has upset the locals to the point where apparently Range Rovers and Land Rovers are being keyed in our street on the assumption that they are one of ‘yours’.To potential customers of this dealership .. I strongly encourage you to use somewhere else. This place will leave your car (along with a bunch of others) in someone’s street, leaving the locals with nowhere to park .. and, judging by what happened to my friend’s car, there is a risk irate locals will leave your vehicle in a “different” condition compared to how you remember it.Great job, Richmond Land Rover!

I had a lot of work done on my 2006 Range Rover Sport at Richmond Ranger Rover. The work was completed properly and everything I asked for was done. The cost was very reasonable and the staff are really helpful. They know Range Rovers, and do a great job. Will be back.

Avoid Avoid Avoid !! Use this garage at your peril!! I wish I had read the reviews of this scamming garage before I had my car towed there when I broke down. It was the nearest Land/range Rover garage to me in Richmond. A Huge Mistake! They (Paul the owner) is an absolute crook performing 'daylight robbery' no less! Bad attitude, unhelpful, very rude and a bully. He held my car to 'ransom' and would not let me have access to it or even tell me where it was stored -haha - ie: parked until I had paid his Invoice for the extortionate sum of ....£1,728.00 ... for NOT working on my car but just for a diagnostic report (charged twice) and unbelievably 3 weeks 'storage' /parking, whilst waiting for Warranty Company to approve his 'sky high' estimate of £5,612.66 for works. (No work was carried out). The Warranty Company requested detailed \Diagnostics and photos etcetc. But NO he dragged his feet, made excuses, demanded I pay in advance even after I explained this would nullify my claim, still not interested. He is just a money grabbing nasty little man, with no morals, no standards and a bully. I shall be reporting him to the Trading Standards, the Motor Ombudsman and if he is a member if any Trade Organisation (which I very much doubt) that also. I hope he gets shut down and the sooner the better. I urge anyone else affected by this crook to do the same. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTSWorse experience possible. Honestly makes me wonder if they pay for their google review.I would advice against anyone who is thinking about taking there vehicle here.They are unprofessional, contraindicating, miscommunicating and above all time wasting. If you have a warranty and you are advised to go to an approve garage please do search for a more reliable approved garage.If you would like a breakdown of my experience, please email me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. Dangerous and untrustworthy. Charged for work they never did. Continually delayed returning the car. Their deceitful practices have put my family at risk. Lied about services performed. Using local streets to park your car during service. if there were negative stars i would give them negative infinity. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Very unprofessional. The worst experience I have ever had with a garage. Avoid at all costs!My car was in for repairs. We agreed a date and time for me to collect the car. When I got to the garage they informed me it was in Sainsbury’s car park as they got it cleaned there. They took me there to collect my car and the car wash company informed me that my car was sitting there for over the 3 hour parking limit. The car battery was also dead so I couldn’t start my car. The day prior to this I had received a full service report and the battery was fine. They informed me I would need a new battery. They then said they can put in a secondhand battery free of charge (which I believe was my original battery) which we got tested at Halfords and came back 96% battery life. They were very rude and arrogant both on the phone and in person. I will never use this garage again!!

Pual is a cowboy a scammerI wouldn’t recommend this company at all they let me down and had my car for 4/5 days without solving the problem. I paid for something they said has fixed my car and when I got in the car the same issue was present. No one had even gone to test the car to make sure what they changed had resolved the issue.So I’ve lost out on money for absolutely nothing.I asked for a refund and he said he can’t because the part is now in the car even though it hasn’t fixed the problem with my car. I’ve now taken my car back and gone somewhere else.There is no care when they finsh they just park your car on a busy main road as well. SO THINK TWICE ABOUT USING THEM

Don't know much about cars . And I was so stressed about what was going on with the engine. I was also nervous about pricing. I met the owner . Everyone was professional and friendly . He made me feel reassured . Took his time to explain my options and what was wrong with my car. He listened , very empathetic. And made a plan. In two days my car was cleaned , fixed, and back on the road like new . I now have a plan of when to take it in for service as well as a regular check up. I now feel less worried and know that my car is in good hands . Thank you so much I appreciate it . Would recommend it to all my nhs colleagues and friends .

Untrustworthy. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn't go back. They owe me money.I took my Range Rover in to fix a connectivity issue with the central console. They offered to service the car at the same time. They completed the service and charged me for that & the diagnostics on the connectivity issue but didn't fix it. Then nothing. I spent 2 months chasing them on progress for the parts that were supposed to be on order. It transpired no parts were on order & they couldn't confirm what the issue was.At this point in time they still haven't provided me with a diagnostic report (for which I have been charged - I have asked for my money back but no surprise that isn't forthcoming either). And when I took the car to another Land Rover engineer we discovered that wires had been left unconnected & bolts were missing. Extraordinary bad service.
