I contacted this garage via text and email regarding interest in a vehicle and no response. Regardless of whether the vehicle is sold or not it doesnt take much for a response, nothing more than ignorance.

Glen and Colin are absolutely fantastic guys to deal with! As a female driver buying her first car without a male company, they made the whole transaction non-intimidating, fun and a breeze. As my car had just been put up for sale, knew it wasn't showroom standards. Was promised the car would be checked and fixed, and they delivered exactly what they said they would. Glad I found them and didn't give in to Arnold Clark's. After sales is good too. So helpful, quick and easy, I highly recommend them!

Purchased a car that broke down while driving it home. They collected and repaired it. The next day, the car broke down again, I had to arrange drop off and collection. The day after, the car broke down again…When I went to purchase the car I highlighted that the vehicle had an outstanding vehicle safety recall. Colin told me that it was my responsibility to get this seen to. After speaking to Land Rover, they stated that the car was unsafe, should not be driven and shouldn’t have been sold with an outstanding recall.Also, when I went to collect the vehicle the roof slide was inoperable. At first, I was told by Colin that the car did not have a roof slide until I showed him pictures (that he took for the advert) with the roof slide closed. I was promised that they would repair this and they didn’t.My car, which cost £15,000 spent 7 months broken down on my driveway. Even though the dealer was obligated by the Consumer Goods Act to take the car back, they refused. I had to involve the finance company, the financial ombudsman and the information commissioners office as they would not respond to a subject access request.In the end, the finance company auctioned the car off as the dealership would not do anything.The manager of the dealership, Craig will not acknowledge any wrongdoing on their part and has refused to offer an apology.I regret the day I ever crossed paths with Future Vehicle Solutions and would urge anyone considering conducting any form of business with them to look elsewhere.2 pictures are from the day I got the car and the day it was taken away 7 months after.

Be cautious. No point getting warranty when it covers nothing! After sales care is shocking they do not care once you have given them your money. If your warranty covers you for 6 months and your vehicle is faulty at 4 months, you should expect no help. Over 2500 repairs I am now due to pay, under warranty!

I bought a car from Future Vehicle Solutions 2 years ago - I have not needed to do a thing to the car - just sailed past it’s second MOT. Not even an advisory.They look after the cars and offer a great service. Also met the owner when he was in. Genuinely nice guy.I will be going back next year to pick out another car.Very happy.

I made a telephone enquiry about a car on the Saturday and I drove it away on the Sunday. Glen was professional and efficient on the phone and got me a great deal. When I visited the garage on the Sunday, both Glen and Colin were not your usual Salesmen. They gave me the keys to the car and they let me take a look around the car before I confirmed that was the car I wanted. There was an issue with my trade-in but I was happy with their proposal and it was resolved quickly. It was a very professional, efficient, quick, laid back, no pressure experience. They even sorted out all the paperwork for my plate transfer, made me new plates and fitted them. I can't recommend them highly enough. I'll definitely be back when I'm looking for a new car but in the meantime I'm delighted with the one I bought from them.

Buying my car from Future Vehicle Solutions was not only the right decision, it was one of the best consumer experiences of my life. Having seen the ad on Autotrader, I phoned the dealership and found Glen and James to be extremely helpful and forthcoming with the answers to all my questions. They understood the anxiety I had about buying a car from a dealer some 380 miles away, and did everything they could they could to reassure me my time would not be wasted. And it wasn't. I didn't need to haggle for a good price, as the car was already priced competitively. And when I arrived, I found that James had serviced it, given it a full MOT, and paid for a professional valet to machine polish the car to an exceptional standard. The car was in immaculate condition, and the whole buying experience felt like I was buying brand new car! These guys are the real deal and deserve 5 stars all round.

I traveled from across the water to purchase the car and the service I have received from start to finish was simply excellent. The gentleman and company were very easy to work with, communication was excellent and information provided was accurate. I would happily use these guys again to purchase a car!!
