Never answer the phone or return voice messages.Template measured wrong had to be remade. I was told they would confirm new date for fitting that afternoon. Took me 3 days to get hold of someone to confirm new date for fitting. Didn’t turn up at agreed time. No call or anything & yet again no one answering phone. Pushed all other trades back resulting in 9 lost days. Appalling service

I'm trying to get in touch about an appointment made for today to bring my granite out and measure for a new piece. No-one answering the phones, only answer machine clicks in. What's happening? I've waited all day and it's now 2.55 pm.Well are you coming or not??????
