Health and safety is horrendous , handing over my keys when there is a pandemic , no hand sanitizer , no soap in the toilet , but you have to wear a hard hat while being tipped under a canopy?

The site felt very much like the grounds of a prison camp. Staff were friendly enough. Facilities were good. Culture of the organisation felt as though it was back stuck in 1985.

The treatment of security staff is not great. Had a broken electric security gate for some time now, that needs to be manually opened and closed.Security staff are expected to do this in all weather conditions, when a simple fix would suffice. It shows how much the company cares about its staff, that they penny pinch about getting the gate repaired.
