Cotswold Hereford MINI

Just purchased my second mini from Jade. She went above and beyond and found me my perfect car (which wasn’t even something they had in stock).Totally exceeded my expectations and love my new car. Whole process of part exchange and new purchase was so easy would recommend her to anybody looking for a Mini.

Poor service. I recently tried to get a test drive for the Mini Clubman, this is for a Motability car, I called into the showroom & was promised a phone call from Jade the following day, this call never happened & now I’ve chosen a different model. A great shame, I think.

We had an amazing buying experience at Cotswold Mini, when my wife chose her Mini Cooper soft top. Jason couldn't have been more helpful, welcoming or courteous...and he went out of his way to find the perfect car for us. I honestly do not have a single fault with the dealership and cannot thank the service enough. We went in for a second car as a ‘town car’ that was reliable but compact. Jade E - did not oversell, did not pressure and did not make us feel uncomfortable or overselling the product. She asked us what we were looking for, asked our budget and helped to find us a car with the extras we desired. Jade suggested a car within budget that we hadn’t considered (the clubman) and this I was perfect. From finding the car, to the sale, paperwork and collecting the car it was seamless and seemed almost too easy. Since then, jade has continued to provide faultless service where she helped me with a fault that had come on the car (it was only something I needed to add). I took it back and she was so helpful and showed me how to do it and even discussed a car I liked with me. Everything has been great and reliable with that extra mile for whenever I went in.

First public review I’ve ever written.We recently purchased a car from Mini Hereford. The day came, my wife and 2 year old son were very excited about our new (very expensive) purchase. We all arrived at Mini (5:30pm), collected the car and off we go!Halfway through the journey home my wife noticed a knocking sound getting louder and louder. Thankfully she decided not to go on the motorway. Called Mini - no answer (closed - our fault to be fair). After driving it home (mostly in tears) we called Mini the next morning and they came out to have a look. Turns out… the front wheel nuts had not been done up and started coming loose during the drive home. Rear wheels also needed tightening. The engineer was quite embarrassed by the whole thing and after tightening the bolts, he drove it back to the garage. “We do a full 160 point check before the vehicle leaves the garage” was said to us by the sales team before we agreed the purchase. Wheels attached securely must have been missing off this extensive checklist.The aftercare team are a very different team to the sales angels and we did not get taken seriously at all. Offered to take the car back (with a meal out) or a refund. It was a simple “let’s get rid of them” and push for a refund.To the head of business (Peter) - you should be ashamed of yourself. Caught between meetings (as said to us on the phone by the aftercare rep) he produced the two options above. Selling is the easy part sir….. when it goes wrong, the business (you take responsibility for) shows it’s true colours.The reviews are typically good and I suspect that if you have no issues at all, they appear fantastic. Trust me….. you are gambling with this garage. If it goes wrong, don’t expect fairness.To anyone buying a car from Mini Hereford - check the wheels when you collect your very expensive car —- they may not be attached and good luck to you!Finally: Peter, if you need any help learning about customer aftercare - give me a call.

I’ve been going to MINI Hereford for about 4 years now for services and cars and each time my lovely Sales Executive Jade Easey never fails to make it a comfortable and easy-to-talk environment. A lot of the time she will go out of her way to make sure my needs are met and do anything she can to help if not. I have referred several people to Jade purely for the fact she’s very good at her job and always made me and everyone else feel welcome :)

I purchased my 4th mini from Mini in Hereford just over a month ago. The process of getting my new mini was excellent and extremely quick. The communication and service from Chris was amazing. The dealership as a whole is 5 star and it makes the 3 hour travel time from Devon worth it. I will always continue to use Mini Hereford for all my cars.

Amazing dealership, I enquired about a new John cooper works and a few different options with Jade. Jade’s professionalism and knowledge of the brand is truly amazing. Nothing was ever any troubles for her even down to sorting figures that another dealership had got us into. We will be ordering a mini at soon with Jade to replace an existing car. Also jade went out of her way to help me out in checking the build status of a new BMW I had on order too. If anyone is in the market for a new of used mini I’d throughly recommend Jade and Cotswolds mini. 5 stars ⭐️

I was put in a very stressful situation from a different dealership regarding my mini, I brought my car here to Amy in Service, and she has been absolutely amazing. She kept me updated throughout my repair, was very patient with me, even when she was working over in BMW, she still answered the phone to me, and even came over to see me out when my car was completed! She has been fantastic, and I would 1000% recommend the service team at Cotswold Mini Hereford!
