Never used this site before and was bit scared to at first as I’ve used other sites which I was scammed few times before and I trust sites cause of having learning disability and my partner has too but trying to work out what site is a scam now so before using these this time we phoned these up to see if it is a real genuine site. So I think good service I phoned the Swansea store to see if they had something I wanted in stock the male staff I talk to was very polite and I asked for what’s app to send me pictures of the item before I bought it and they did send me pictures and it looked in good condition they said it would come in 5 days but it came very quickly it came next day it was in very good condition when it came like they said it was in good condition and it looked in good condition on the pictures of what’s app they sent me and it was in very good condition seeing it when it came so far no problems and love it so thanks a lot Swansea store. I would 100 per cent definitely recommend these in my experience very good very polite excellent brilliant service thank you very much again really appreciate it and good dealing with yous would definitely use these again too thanks again I really do appreciate everything take care from David.

One shop assistant was lovely, the other was rude and not very interactive, one man helped me to look at silver chains ,he was extremely helpful.

Had an issue with their product and they resolved it swiftly and well, really pleased. Always a sign of a good company to me, how they handle situations when things dont go right (and things cant go right all the time, humans make errors and things go faulty)

I love this place i won't go anywhere else only trust cashmax, bought a phone for my son good deal fair play. You can put deposit down and have 3 months to pay for anything they sell that's a good thing about these! Very friendly and helpful staff if you need advice.

I bought a laptop from them once, had to take it back because it kept shutting down after an hour. They returned it to me in exactly the same condition, telling me there was nothing wrong with it!!! Trust at your own peril

Wish I could give less than 1 star.........Very very poor customer servicesSold me a very poor product for £300 and within 6 weeks I now need to buy another as they don't cover batteries? So what's the point buying off you and being given a warranty/guarantee that dosnt exist

Customer service awful, took faulty item in, was told to tell the ginger one on the front desk to do a cash refund, went to the desk was not acknowledged at all, I said what the other fella told me to do, he was clicking away on the keyboard and replied quite hostile voice of I know that’s what I’m doing, he was very rude when we purchased the item, thought he was having a bad day. Bit of advice get a different job, something not customer based

Sold a phone to the Bridgend store yesterday. Really happy with the amount they gave. But in alm honesty what stood out to me was how clean and well maintained the store is keep up the good work guys
