I’m never going in that shop again. The man who was working behind the till with short grey hair. Was so horrible. I nearly left in tears. The way he spoke to me and when I asked for help his whole attitude towards me made me leave the shop. I’m the lady who requested cupboard paint! The gentleman at the door that wished me a good day that was a nice gesture.

Unbelievably good service. A supplier software bug resulted in slightly different shades between sampler and paints.This shop went far beyond what could be expected to sort us out quickly. Open long hours, good range, and awesome advice and service. Don't go to one of the massive, clueless, DIY warehouses, come here.

Convenient and lots of products here. I like the shop. But dare to have a stupid question, asking for a product not available in store, imagine you get laughed at by 5 male staff members early in the morning. Not a great experience. I’d expect a “so sorry, it’s not a product we have, but why don’t you try….”. Better work on your sales skills team!

Popped to the shop 15 minutes before closing time looking for a piece of thin wood. I asked the big bald gentleman at the till for some help but I seemed to be irritating him because he'd jump from talking to me to serving another male customer and when I kept on asking further questions he decided to comment aloud about what time it was, clearly he wanted it to be already 6pm. I'm sorry he had a long day but had he been more customer focused I may have walked out with a purchase. Shall I visit the shop again I will try to speak to someone else. For the time being I'll give it a miss.

I am a total DIY novice but the team here helped me with everything I needed to get started. Very good service and the prices were reasonable. I went away with a set of tools and some instructions and tips. Will he back again when I paint the bedrooms!

This morning I called shop to order some paint. The man I spoke to didn’t understand a word I was saying (I have a London accent) English obviously not his first language, but clearly didn't listen when I clearly said 1 litre of Faded indigo he said back 1 can of indigo. Went back and forth several times then my patience collapsed and I asked for another person a woman comes on the line and says what do you want I explained again she was also not a native and when this time I used phonics Bravo Golf in the product number she spoke back and said it completely wrong! Tried giving her the name and she still didnt get it. FADED INDIGO!When I said you guys are having trouble listening and understanding she put the phone down! When I called back she cut the call. Will not be coming to this store after all. Much better service on St Johns Hill!

Love this place. All staff are helpful and also love their style - they are playing their tunes whilst happily enjoying their day. Very helpful when thinking of solutions to problems. Whoever says otherwise, is clearly harbouring some internal conflict..

Not a bad place to get your work related items from, they have a wide range of domestic and industrial/commercial products for sale so you are bound to find what you need. The have remained open throug the lockdown which is super helpful and the staff are pretty cool as long as you follow safety guidelines.

Every time when I go in this shop the big balding man blasting German rock music,I feel I’m in rock concerts.I can not hear my voice or understand what he is saying.He behave like he owns this shop .I have never ever seen this kind of service..I don’t feel going in this place no more as is awful service.Please turn this music down. I will go deaf totally. Thanks
