OneLife Suffolk

I have been trying to get through to OneLife Suffolk for three weeks. I have sent in the referral form and have sent numerous emails, but no contact whatsoever. The website states it is open 9 to 5, but when ringing I just get through to the answer machine. This has been the case since first making contact.I am very disappointed with the no response, especially as the website states that contact will be made within two days. Considering this organisation is reaching out to help people, it’s really done nothing to encourage contact and participation.

Have lost close to 3 stone feel much better and my insulin intake had dropped by around 2/3 Ann our adviser is very good she cares and is always available for advise when things are not going to plan. Thanks one life and Ann

I dont think they exist anymore. No response at all from phone or email.

I lost weight at one of their courses and they awarded me a Fitbit adn then we went into lockdown. I finally managed to collect it after lockdown ended but, as it had been so long, their Fitbits were out of warranty, but I was told I could have a replacement if it went wrong within the year. It went wrong after 6 months. I contacted OneLife and was told another one would be sent. It wasn't. Despite leaving two phone messages and sending 3 emails to Stuart Davies and asking for the tracking number I've been completely ignored. Not at all happy.

Have been wanting help to join the 12 week slimming world offer. I have filled in the referral and it stated I would be contacted in 2 working days. I have heard nothing and its been a week. I have sent emails, I have called them and I have left them Facebook messages. Completely ignored. Very unhelpful. I bet they won't even read this or even respond.

Onelife Suffolk gave me a 12 week free Slimming World Voucher; and in that time; plus one full week of paying....I lost TWO STONE and one pound.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I shall certainly continue to attend the Clapgate Lane Group; where I have also made a lot of new friends. It is a very friendly group; and Emma Bell the consultant is very supportive. It is such an easy eating plan to follow that it does not feel like a diet at all...!!! Thank you OneLife Suffolk for giving me those first few weeks that have inspired me to continue to get myself into better shape!!
