Only one person working in the shop on the first Saturday of the 6 weeks holidays when lots wanting ear piercing. Shop untidy and was shocked how expensive everything is for poor quality items and mostly tat ! I wouldn't have brought a thing but my daughter had a £10 voucher, that got her a very plain notebook that was it !!

Amazing service! I had 6 piercings in one sitting with no issues at all!The lady who pierced my ears was amazing, as well as the other staff members there!Would definitely recommend

Got some lovely stuff in here, I had nail polish Got different colours than you find in the other shops, the young lady serving is always friendly and helpful, got offer on jewellery buy 3 get 3 free, good offer,

Smaller store which boast a wide selection. The staff were meh no real customer service and it was difficult to get to the ear ring sections as alot of junk was there like racks. All in all it was fine in and out quickly.

Clair's is a great place and very child friendly.Unfortunately the lady running the shop was on her own and trying to do ear piercing and serve customers at the same time.That poor girl was rushed off her feet, as a consequence the shop was untidy with boxes and saleable items on the floor. Otherwise it's a good place to be.

Went here today to get my little girls ears pierced along with her two best friends. We had the pleasure of meeting Rochelle and Dani - both were absolutely amazing with all 3 girls and even got hyped up along with them to make it an exciting event! I have read a lot of negative reviews and wanted to post my good experience! I work in the NHS and have a very good understanding of infection prevention practices.Both ladies washed their hands thoroughly, wore masks, visors and gloves and all the girls ears were properly sterilised before they went anywhere near her with the gun. I can’t rate them highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to return with the time comes for the younger daughter.

My daughter got her ears pierced and the lady was lovely.The service was well worth it and my daughter is super pleased with her ears.The after care products were brilliant and my daughter didn't have any issues at all.I would highly recommend their ear piercing service.
