Scottish Divorce Online

Shambles. When I submitted my divorce to the court after going through the procedure with SDO, everything was returned as I was missing four documents that hadn't been supplied to me. This meant having to re-serve the writ, wait 21 more days, and get two affidavits signed again, at my expense (which, in fairness, SDO refunded the cost of). Submitted everything again, and the court has bounced it a second time as I'm missing a certificate, and there are inacuracies in the writ and affidavit (location and date of marriage don't track across them). I'm awaiting confirmation, but suspect this means re-serving _again_, with associated costs and then the affidavits for a third time.Absolutely 100% cannot recommend this company. Go elsewhere.

Been waiting over a year for my divorce to be settled and somewhere along the way it got messed up, no one is being proactive on fixing the problem they just seem happy to have received the final payment in full

From start to finish everything went like clockwork. On the 22nd of june was granted decree of divorce..only 3 days after submitting all paperwork to the court. No issues at all with any paperwork. Super fast ,was expecting to wait weeks......Thank you Frank for every. Top job!!
