I was a bit suspicious of the five-star reviews, I have to admit. However, definitely deserves the five stars. Booked in at a time of increased demand (frost, snow, rain, storms) at short notice. Kept me informed when he was going to arrive, and was bang on time.No-nonsense, honest assessment, clear recommendation. Really impressed. Thoroughly recommend.

We love our new roof.Michael is a great guy backed up by a brilliant team who are all so polite, friendly, hardworking & obviously very skilled at what they do.Michael keeps you well informed at every stage.We had very heavy rain before the new tiles were fitted but the roofing underlay was obviously fitted perfectly as we didn’t get a single leak.Hardly any dust & debris in the loft after taking off the old tiles unlike previous roof replacements we’ve had with other roofers.Also cleaned up thoroughly outside.First class company.

BOOK this company. Michael and his team have been absolutely amazing, fantastic communication from start to finish. Always kept us updated with what was going on and sending photos with updates. SERIOUSLY if you need a new roof or just a few tiles replacing Leicestershire Roofing Services is the team to contact.They provided some extras as they came across a couple of problems and there was no additonal charges, disposed of all rubbish straight away and kept front & back clean & tidy at all times.5* Services and cannot recommend enough, don't hesitate in contacting them for your job.

We first used this company in 2021 to install a dry gable system, after a recommendation from a colleague. I called and spoke to Mick, who came out to see me within days. He turned up exactly when he said he would and gave me an honest appraisal of the work, followed up with a written quote within hours. The quote was competitive and we agreed to have the work done. Despite being booked up for months, Mick squeezed us in as a weekend job to get it done. Everything went like clockwork, from the scaffolding going up, the lads arriving on time, job completed and cleared away as planned. The lads that did the job were great - friendly, professional, conscientious and polite, in fact so polite that one of them took two days to tell me that he wasn't, despite me keep calling him Mick, Mick, he was his brother- they look very alike!! We were really happy with the work.Recently I noticed a broken slate on the roof. Knowing that it was a 'nothing job' in terms of someone making any money, I feared it was going to be a real pain to sort, but thought I'd try LRS again. Mick responded to my message in literally seconds, despite being on holiday, and he agreed to come and have a look the following week. Again he turned up exactly when he said he would, and said that he could fix the problem there and then. When I asked how much cash I needed, he just laughed and said don't worry about it. He fixed the slate, and even cleared a blocked guttering belonging to the adjoining property that was leaking down the side of my house, and wouldn't take a penny.In a time when finding reliable trades seems increasingly difficult, these guys are a different quality - they aren't just good roofers, they are good people, and I would thoroughly recommend them.
