OMG - Waitrose has morphed into a Lidl without any of the price Advantages!Been going to this Waitrose since it first opened in 2000.Absolute shambles now - have to scan your own - inevitable mistakes! Too boring - have to keep pausing to ‘load another bag’. Tiresome- sadly last day of shopping here today - I mean why would you? Inflated prices/ goods always on the cusp of their sell by date - and now you have to scan your own shopping! Rubbish - please don’t reply ‘research has shown yada yada yada - absolutely not true. Your clientele are generally a little more discerning- but hey - you opted out of customer service. Shan’t come back.

Went in looking for a few items. But found that the prices and quality were not as expected or like before. I really wanted them to be good but realised M&S is much better in food quality.

Ordering from them via deliveroo used to he good, bit really awful now. Orders take over an an hour to deliver in a less than a mile Journey.Shop feels like it's designed for just old people.

The only big supermarket in my town, great selection of products no questions but with the waitrose price tags.Great supermarkets if you can afford it, good Asia selection too.

Such a shame the Worcester Park branch has changed the tills to mainly self service.I loath these tills.Went in today and first 2 items went wrong as usual. I had to wait for staff member to sort them out.The shelf is too small if buying more than 5/6 items. I assume they don’t want customers to buy many items.No one was serving on the 2 normal tills that are left.
