Metro Rod IOW arrived mid-morning as promised yesterday when the blockage occurred and was able to clear the blockage somewhere between the outside kitchen drain and an inspection manhole in less than one hour with the necessary equipment. Test flushing of the entire house drainage showed that there was no other blockage and I was given useful advice about keeping the drains clear.Excellent service.Richard

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DRAINAGE SPECIALIST ON THE ISLE OF WIGHT LOOK NO FURTHER.Adam from Metro Rod visited a few days ago and solved our drainage problem.Adam is super skilled, he managed to recover a broken plunger that a previous drain cleaning company had broken and left in the pipe under my drive way where it was gathering waste and blocking the pipe.Adam also gave me lots of tips and suggestions to help prevent further blockages as well as showing me what to look out for in the future.METRO ROD are also very fairly priced, I would call them again without a shadow of a doubt.Great Service. Texted with a query on Sunday, and an almost immediate reply from Adam. An agreed time for the work was established. Monday morning - as arranged the work was carried out. Engineer was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. An excellent service - congrats to all.

We had a problem with our domestic sewage treatment system. I called Adam who made a visit that day to investigate. Replacement parts were ordered that day and fitted a few days later when they arrived. Top quality service. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
