Costa Coffee
Very bad service there was nobody sitting in and there were only 3 in the queue and we waited 12 minutes to be served. When we were served I asked for a large almond milk latte and after the girl making it read the receipt twice still went to make a medium and I had to tell her it was a large. My husband had a iced mocha and she put to much ice in the glass so she could fit all the mocha mixture in so he didn't get the full flavour of the drink. I was really disappointed with the service that we received. When we were leaving there was one person being served instead of the one barisa who wasn't serving clean the tables she was standing there talking to the other barista. I think this team needs to get their standards in order. We visited Sunday 28th August.

Lovely young lady and gentlemen working today. Very polite. Quick service and the lad made an amazing caramel frappe. Always a pleasure going to Costa.

Bunch of idiots only sent half my order so I have paid £2.70 delivery to have a fanta and millionaire delivered. If it's too hard don't do it.
