Just purchased a caravan from Mike at New 2 you, can't thank him enough. Gave us an excellent hand over when we went to collect the van and as we haven't yet got a tow car he was willing to tow it back home for us (we only live locally) We are very pleased with the caravan, it was spotless inside. They have a good selection of accessories in their online shop.Thank you Mike and team, we received excellent customer service and we are delighted with our new caravan.

We brought a caravan Nov 22, they said it had a little bit of damp, which we said was ok as it was only a little bit. Boy was we fooled it turned out to be a lot of damp and when we phoned to ask them for help they said we can come to some arrangement, BUT when we travelled to there (1 and a 1/2 hours drive)they said they couldn't help! All they was willing to offer was to repair it at an extortionate price, which we could not afford after paying £8000 for the caravan. The pictures that are below are from the bottom of the caravan and as you can see their is loads of damp and burn marks on there.

Fantastic experience today picking up our new caravan from New2You. Nothing was too much trouble. Leo greeted us and looked after us the whole time we were there. Owner - Mike is rude and unhelpful. When questioned on his vehicles of where mileages have been reset. Refuses to give an answer and only insists you come view it yourself… I don’t know what looking at an engine will do, I doubt it will talk back to you and say why it’s been reset.Avoid

A truly excellent place to buy a caravan from, a great choice of stock to choose from and aided by very helpful and willing staff on site! Mike was exceptionally helpful and identified the perfect caravan for us.I’d highly recommend this business to anyone looking to buy a caravan. You won’t be disappointed!
