Doesnt no his arse from his elbow....dont consider using this guy ,he is a cowboy,,i had to have him out twice for the same repair...& he likes to argue with the customers ,& no manners!!

A great experience from start to finish, from a prompt call out to respond to the initial leaking boiler on Thursday, through to a thoroughly professional installation of the new boiler on Tuesday. Alan and Chris did a great job and we are very happy with our new boiler. Many thanks. Will recommend to others.

Alan installed a new heating system and then did a complete bathroom refit in July 2016. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Very professional attitude, polite and very tidy. We would highly recommend him.

Alan Conway from AJC (Midlands) came out & repaired a leaking mixer shower for me. I found him to be punctual, professional & efficient. He installed a new boiler-all OK so far. He also installed new radiators. Kindly came to remove some radiators for decorating but when we reinstalling, did it in such a rushed and brusque manner, caused damage to a pipe under laminate floors causing a leak. Emailed him photos of leak but heard nothing. A week or so after another leak coming through ceiling from another radiator he installed six months ago. I have not heard from him at all. Very disappointing. You have to question why he's not replied. I would also question his handiwork. Where will the next leak be?
