Portion size is very good but that means nothing if it is so salty you are unable to eat it, honestly this place is disgusting. Over cooked chewy chicken and the only thing you can taste is salt, I have never been so bitterly disappointed by a chicken shop before! I literally could not eat any of my meal.AVOID !!!

I ordered a box of seven pieces of chicken. I ordered a chicken, burger and hashbrowns. These are all fresh to the taste of the hashbrowns. I would recommend any day same as the chicken burger.The only problem I have is I’ve got too many chips but hey ho

True gentlemen working here. I'm heavily pregnant and needed the loo desperately. The guys didn't hesitate in looking after me and letting me use their private loo, watching out i didn't slip on the floor as they were cleaning. It's rare to find decent men nowadays so thank you so much:) also the chicken was amazing as per.

Tub of Ben and Jerry’s cookie dough missing from order and they have refused to come back to deliver it or give me my money back, the only offer was that I would get a free one with my next order but as I had to explain it would not be free as I have already paid for it and with that he put the phone down. Very rude and a bit of a con as they advertise a full menu on JustEat but don’t actually keep most of the items in stock! Very disappointing

B. Stortford huckleberry is not bad, not good either, one week it's spot on and another it's soggy and just about cooked. Don't bother with delivery it turns up cold or in our case the last time, got delivered to another address. When we rang up 2hrs later asking where the order was the guy on the other end was extremely rude and kept saying delivery went out then hung up. We rang straight back to complain, luckily a lovely woman answered and admitted she'd made the mistake and came back out to us with our order and lots of extra chicken and chips. On conclusion, food is average and with the exception of the woman the customer service is poor.
