We wanted to sit in to eat but, the floor and tables were disgusting. Food smeared over the tables, food all all over the floor. At the time of our visit another customer was complaining about the horrendous state of the only toilet (disabled) which was available. Upstairs was closed off even though it was only 6pm. A dad wasn't allowed access to take his small child to use the main toilets. The food itself wasn't bad, shame we felt it was cleaner to eat on a bench outside.

I've used this McDs a few times. Food is always good and hot and they get my order right. I tend to eat in at this one and the only drag is sometimes the city centre kids acting up. For example a couple of them were playing a game of footie around the top floor of the restaurant today with their food bags.

It's Smack D's. Fast service however the uber (and adjacent services) people are exceptionally rude to customers and staff, pushing in front and being extremely demanding as though they take priority over everyone else. This is an issue with the driver policies of these delivery apps at the source but it should not be rewarded by staff.

Saturday afternoon was absolute chaos. There were not enough staff to manage the amount of customers. Several people were getting incorrect orders and undercooked food. Some staff were really helpful and doing their best to help, but it seems that resources are not sufficient to cope with the volume of orders.

Quick service as you would expect from McDonalds. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They treat you like a family member. Food is always nice and fresh. Never really had a bad experience with the food there so far. The only thing is that bathrooms are in the first floor. No bathrooms in the ground so I am not sure how disables people would go upstairs. Maybe something for Macdonalds to sort out.

So i ordered a large chips and was waiting 15 minutes while my order was being skipped over. I’m currently 23 weeks pregnant and I was in pain so I sat down on the stairs out of the way because there was no seats available and I was asked my an employee (very rudely) to move and after I explained my situation I was still made to stand up and wait for an order that had been forgotten about. It took me going to the counter and having another employee speak to me in a rude manner for me to get my simple order. Service was absolutely shocking.

i had an awful experience with uber who refused to refund me (id received half of my order, half someone else’s) & brad offered to resolve it completely, even though it wasn’t the staffs fault. even threw in some extras. thank you so much!!
