The staff here are brilliant! I had a very complicated printing and laminating order and it was no problem for them. I was advised to come back in around 30 minutes to collect my things and it was all laminated and handed back with a smile by the manager himself. Fabulous customer service, can’t recommend them enough!

Bought printer ink to be delivered quickly from in store, which was the wrong inks for my printer, I rang them and they said no problem to swap just bring them in. Really friendly and helpful staff

There is no half star so I will stick with one. Very Rude male staff. The tall man specifically. Horrible experience which no one deserves. Had a complaint which I made to him and he kept walking off, answering other queries without ANY form of courtesy. His manner and response was just repulsive. Horrible attitude. I and everyone I know will avoid this shop like a plaque.

The staff in Sunderland were incredibly helpful during my visit. Their printer knowledge was exceptional and made me feel very at ease about what I was buying and were very polite. I will gladly take my business there again! A real pleasure.
