My renting experience was generally satisfactory until the final stages of the contract when the behavior of the staff became problematic. Initially, I was informed that there were no summer accommodations available at the property where I was residing. However, after signing a summer contract for another property with the same company, they suddenly released rooms for summer occupancy at my original location. This inconsistency caused confusion and inconvenience.Furthermore, I encountered a recurring issue regarding the availability of rooms for September at the initial property. I was informed three times by different staff members that there were no rooms available, which led me to search for alternative accommodations. Unfortunately, most of the options were already fully booked, forcing me to sign a 12-month lease elsewhere starting in July.To compound matters, the company's website mentioned a refund policy within the first seven days, but when I contacted them during that period to cancel my summer contract, they claimed it was not possible. Consequently, I find myself legally bound by two contracts. Adding to my frustration, I recently discovered that despite being told yesterday that there were no rooms available for the academic year at the first property, today there are some rooms listed on their website for September.I am deeply perplexed by their dishonesty and deceptive practices.

I think it's a perfect place for students. The staff of Unipol is great too. It helps you at every stage of the application and gives quick responses to your queries. I was very pleased with their assistance that they provided at the time of my application.

super kind staff and really responsive phone lines if you have any questions or issues. great selection of accommodations catering to every student type and where you study. would really recommend for students looking to study in Leeds.

Excellent experience with Unipol! Have been with them on New York Street for 2 years and can't fault them at all. Anytime things need fixing etc they send someone out quickly. We are going to miss our flat when we move out next summer! Highly recommend Unipol :)

The experiences renting from here is more than words can say... just so good, they are so helpful and it makes me feel at home as an international student

Update- I did live there in 2019.All your company did was cause me stress andLet alone, the constant changes in what each of your colleagues tell me. One is reassuring me all is well, just keep us updated with complaint reference numbers to student loan company. Then the other is telling me now you need to make little instalments. Then you’re getting evicted. Then I finally get my student loan pay the full amount. But In January you sent me a fine, which shouldn’t have been sent. But it toke me emailing back and fourth to get this rectified.Not to mention telling me to borrow nearly 2 thousand pounds of my heavily pregnant mum.All I can say, if you can use a different company PLEASE DO.

Unipol are the best in Leeds. All the staff are super friendly and responsive. All the properties are well-maintained. You will not regret signing on with this team! :)

I am living in Royal Park flats. Place is nice but cleanliness and the noise of the social club is very annoying. If you renovate a 7 room flat and convert it into 4-studio space it will be a good renovation and more helpful for the international students.

My experience with Unipol Student Homes has been totally hassle-free. I do not know what their formula is, but it needs to be studied.I know that my housing manager has to be a really busy person, managing all kinds of requests on a daily basis. But I find that he is very responsive to my requests and any issues I have are tackled in a timely and satisfying manner.I will sum this up by saying that Unipol gives me peace of mind. They have everything under control such that I have never had to feel anxious about anything regarding my accommodation with them.

By far the easiest and friendliest renting experience I have had! The staff is extremely helpful and accommodative. Can't recommend Unipol highly enough to anybody's who's looking for a place to stay while at Uni.
