Bought used phone but battery faulty. Replaced with a another battery and works ok now. Only four stars because phone was faulty :-)

Bought a new kids electric car and wentertainment faulty within 4 days, the shop refused to give a refund and said they will repair it, been over a week and they didn't repair it and now they won't give my money back. Am going to speak to trading standArds.

Charged me £90 for a new power supply which costs £20

AVOID THIS SHOP. NO REFUNDS ALLOWED.Bought a laptop and the guy didn’t exactly explain the qualities of the technology so when I got home I wasn’t happy with it. I then found out after my purchase that I couldn’t get a cash refund and could only make an exchange which I then did costing me an extra £70. The laptop I have now still doesn’t work properly after paying £200. My advice is to avoid this place and to buy a technology either brand new or somewhere you can get a refund. The shop owner and employees are nice but it’s quite fraudulent to not make it clear that you can’t get a refund on preowned items.Hope this helps.

i bought 2 laptops 1 for me and for my daughter ...working perfectly for 3 years then had some issues due to virus effect i m afraid, the people helped me out and charged £20 which is quite reasonable for service as my warranty time was over. we all with our family are quite happy with their service

I bought a TV they delivered it and set it up for me very professionally. I feel I got back the value back of my money. The service is amazing. I recommend this shop.

bought a tv & a friend also bought 1 & lights to go with... We set up freinds then took Mine (loaded with stand in air!) & plugged in problem with picture so returned & was laughed @ even tho 3 months warrenty & 14 day money bk... I wouldnt compare to argos... freinds got break under hers but still works & underneath so... I got reffered to as gorah as spoke in their language wen not speaking to Me (bfd lad tho I know words...) I really advise avoid this shop & Ur receipt voids everything I only found out wen bank asked read it out theyre con men...!!! Iv read other reveiws & they used 2 av pink n white cars in window so the person scammed then isnt lying... Iv had trouble posting this but I hope works as dodgy dellboy types!!!

been working with them for 6 years never had any issue, infact once i bought a brand new stereo and took it back in a week without using it and had a full refund as it was unopened and unused.best people to work with.
