Didnt have any items that i was after. Ordered on machine and was constantly being watched. I was paying before goods were sent in store so why i was made to feel like i was going to shoplift is beyond me. Definitely wont be returning now i have my items. Its no wonder they need to close stores for 'restructuring' if this is how customers are treated

I refer to the cafe.Four o'clock on a Saturday, 26th of February, and hopefully resting my legs with a cup of coffee in the café.Regrettably, no-one was immediately around to serve myself or the lady in front. Even more regrettable was the difficulty in finding a clean table, an area devoid of rubbish on the floor - even the tea spoons were lacking.It was not a good experience and simply added to my feeling of depression when visiting an ever deteriorating town centre. Oh me miserum!

The shop is always very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The upstairs clothing department is surprisingly clean and any time there has been the occasional sale I have been able to get something fantastic. Would recommend, especially for ingredients for a quick meal.

Not really good anymore. Compromising in quality too much. Worst thing today I bought Bag of Crisp, was the worst crisp I have ever had. Even local shop in third world country sell better potato crisp then M&S. They should stop selling this and let Walkers make people happy, At least they know what crisp should look like and taste like. So foul look and unedable taste of M&S Lightly Sea Salted Hand Cooked Crisps.

Myself and my partner called in a little less than a week ago. She was looking for a new bra but needed help. The assistant said they run an appointment system. Do she booked in for today at 10am. We arrived 15min early. There was another lady who had booked sn appointment online the day previous. We thought it a bit strange. But she said there were two assistants coming soon. At 10am a young girl came over saying our appointment hadn't been booked in and couldn't do anything. Maybe she could squeeze her in in-between

Don't always have the money to spend at M&S but great when you can. Nice store, lovely products whether clothing, home or food. Restaurant great!! Toasted teacake and latte... Yum!!

Always polite and helpful staff. Place is clean and well-stocked. At M & S you may pay a bit more for some things but the quality is consistently A+ which makes it far greater value for money. My go-to place for groceries, especially fresh fruit and veg.

Very Rude. Condescending. Unhelpful. Rigid in their approach to customers. Impatient. Belittling to their older customers. Need I go on. Its a blessing this store is closing.Never again
