CYGNUS

My relationship with Cygnus dates as far back as 2016 (back in the days when it was called White Leopard). I had a brilliant experience as have gone onto use multiple times over many years. How things have clearly changed. They are either doing so well and smaller customers are no longer of interest or they are just incredibly disorganised. None of the designers I worked with over the years appear to still be there. I have been trying to hand over money since February 2023 for what is a relatively straightforward project based on similar work they have completed for us before. Following on from this was the opportunity for a much larger project. The fact we are nearly 5-months on and still no further says it all. I have tried my absolute best to chase despite the fact it should be the other way round regardless. I have submitted multiple requests via the website, emailed directly, tried calling the landline, contact's mobile, chased and yet people just don't follow up. Following each submission via the website people contact in a matter of hours, apologise for the delay and then just don't follow up on what they promise. Really disappointed.
