Silver was absolutely amazing and so patient. Although I did not end up buying a dress there, I cannot commend her enough on making the experience such a special and fun one for myself and my bridal party.

The only stress for my day was this dress! AWFUL SERVICE AND COMPLETELY RUINED MY DRESS!!For context, I live in New Zealand but was getting married in the UK. I first went to the shop as it held the designer I liked 10 months prior to my wedding. After trying on a few dresses I found one dress I loved the top part of and the second dress I loved the material and lace design. The lady said to me that they can build on the nice lace strapless dress the design from the other dress I liked. Apparently this is something they do all the time. I mentioned my concerns about going back to NZ & not being back until 6 weeks before the wedding so maybe I just find a dress that’s ready. She insisted I had nothing to worry about and this is a normal part of what they do. The dress was being discontinued and she assured me that she would email them for the lace to build the top half. After confidently being told that this was all very normal and easily completed I paid for my dress.Fast forward a few months I email to check in, I get no reply. After a few emails they tell me everything is fine and they look forward to seeing me.I land in the uk and the next day head to the shop with my bridesmaids that originally came with me.The dress is pulled out with the extra material THAT IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LACE TO THE DRESS! The shop assistant has no idea what’s going on. When she finally gets hold of her boss they tell me ‘because I bought my dress so early by the time they purchased the lace it had been discontinued so they found the closest matching one’. It was not matching.I’m now in panic and they’re like ‘it’s ok we’ll try some mesh’. The assistant was pulling all sorts of material that looked nothing like my dress. Thank goodness one of my bridesmaids has an eye for detail and came up with an idea. They told me they could remove the lace from excess dress and add to top. The poor seamstress had no idea what to do but was working so hard.I had to come to London another three times because of how much had to change. In hindsight I should have left that dress and went somewhere else but I had 6 weeks until my wedding!After the final design I hated it! It was so tight to which the owner told me ‘it’s just your water weight, not our doing’. The design was absolutely nothing like we had requested or what they said they were going to deliver! The shop assistant was rude! And finally the owner only gave me a discount because I refused to pay the last bill as it was nothing that I wanted! That was £100 out of £2000 already spent! After the shop assistant firstly telling me she would throw in the veil for free she then retracted her words. I expressed to the owner that’s the least they could do. Well, that was broken when I put it on for my wedding day!I absolutely hated my dress from here, I left crying and I hated the service. The 2 stars are purely for the hard working seamstress!If you want a relaxing, no stress with dress type experience DO NOT GO HERE. Please save yourself the trouble.I

This was my first bridal fitting and I had a lovely experience. A lot of beautiful dresses with a range of styles. It was a very joyful experience :)

I wanted to say a huge thank you again for all of your help – Silver was so warm, helpful and knowledgeable. It was my very first bridal appointment and she definitely set the benchmark! Excellent selection of dresses & brilliant customer service.

First appointment this morning. Took 3 dresses to find THE ONE. Silver was amazing, so friendly and she definitely knows her job and how to make you feel at ease. I couldn't be happier and I can't wait to wear THE dress again!!!

After visiting 5 other boutiques and trying on countless dresses, I've put my deposit down for the one! SO pleased to have found it with the wonderful Mandy and Ingrida at LBC. Beautiful, intimate, classy showroom; fantastic service and stunning gowns. I can't wait to go back for fittings and alterations. Don't waste your time with large bridal shops if you're looking for a 5* experience.

Her experience really shows and she really listens to what you like and dislike and helps you find your perfect fit. Thank you" will never quite cut it when it comes to the experience I received with London Bride Couture. The team there are quite exceptional in how experienced
