Great place, great workout including mindfulness and the best teacher covering all skill levels from beginner to advanced. Highly recommend especially for those who have never practiced yoga before!!

Jacqueline is a skilled and very empathetic teacher, I've really looked forward to her classes and the atmosphere and friendliness amongst the other yogis is lovely, highly recommend for all levels!

Jackie is a calm, encouraging, and motivating teacher. She is a fountain of knowledge, sharing modifications, alternatives, and tips for challenging poses throughout her classes which makes them both fun and inclusive. There's always a good energy and often some giggles along the way.

I love Jacqueline's classes.... I realise just how lucky I was to find such a grounding, compassionate and inspiring yoga teacher.. Jacqueline teaches in a way that makes it accessible for everyone - when I joined her class I knew very little about yoga - but I now have a solid understanding of physical alignment and generally the way my own body moves! As I got to grips with my quirks (the things I can and can’t do) - J gently pushed me to develop, always knowing when I was capable of doing a new pose before I realised it myself. It’s not just me either - I’ve recommended healing flow yoga to a few friends who always comment on how welcoming and accommodating the classes are.
