Preston Park Dental Clinic

Has gone downhill went from having the perfect dentist who always checked my teeth thoroughly an got appointments easily ! To unfortunately the dentist left and now they have cancelled my appointment 3-4times plus has to wait an hour on the new telephone system just to get an appointment and then for them to keep cancelling.i than had to wait 3 months for them to than council my appointments as there dentist doesn't have an Nhs number and now been told to call in the new year for appointment.Meanwhile my teeth are suffering and decaying away !

We have always found Preston Park dental practice outstanding in every way. Professional, caring, patient, appointments on time, we have always speed more than happy with all the services we have received.. Appointments are made exceptionally quickly the reception staff are welcoming and polite and caring and happy to give any information that we need. Dentists are outstanding. We’ve always been exceptionally happy with all the services we received all through the pandemic we haven’t been able to fault it. We are very lucky to be part of the practice.

They never answer the phone so I've had to find a new dentist. I've tried calling, emailing and leaving voicemails for weeks now and no-one ever gets back to me. Very bad service.

I was extremely hesitant and nervous before my hygienist appointment yesterday, having had one a few years ago at a different practice in London which was excruciatingly painful. I explained this to the Preston Park Dental Hygienist Anu who was so kind and considerate, Anu explained everything thoroughly and really made me feel listened to and calm during my appointment. Anu always checked I wasn't in any pain and made me feel comfortable to express if any areas were particularly sensitive. (which to my surprise - it didn't hurt at all, unlike before!) This appointment definitely changed my feelings towards hygienist appointments and I'll be back again. Thank you Anu!

wonderful and appealing in every aspect, from reception to treatment.. simply; an example of how dental clinics should be like.. in my words: it is second to none..Mouths govern life, and a healthy mouth is often coherent and wise. That is why mouth care is vital for a healthy and successful life. I believe that is why this clinic is serious in providing the best ever dental care; for the best of all. Good service in person; the staff are always polite and professional. However, the clinic has a tendency to cancel appointments and they rarely pick up the phone when you call

I registered as a new patient through the Colosseum website, which stated someone would be in contact to arrange an appointment. Received nothing. Repeated process. Received nothing. So I emailed the reception to try and arrange it, and accepted one, which was confirmed by email at the time. I took time off work, and turned up early, to which I was told that 'the dentist wasn't in today', and that apparently ' I had been called and a text message sent'. I received neither (and double checked the number I gave was correct, and my voicemail). Receptionist didn't seem to care (as seems to be the case in previous reviews), and said it was my word against hers. I would have thought common sense would dictate trying again or sending an email if you can't get hold of someone when the practice is in the wrong, but there didn't seem to be much ownership to rectify the problem. I'm sure the dentists are great, but when I receive poor customer service, it's not what I want every time I go for a checkup in the future, so I took my business elsewhere.
