Shocking treatment of tenants from Belvoir on behalf of the horrendously greedy landlady.Rented a property in King's Lynn. The house was like an icebox throughout. Draughts everywhere. Shoddy workmanship throughout. Quick fixes to walls that were falling to pieces. Fences never repaired. A huge gap in the bedroom window was never repaired. The boiler broke down several times and still didn't work properly when a new one was installed. Happy to take your money but too tight to make repairs. I was so depressed at having to sleep in the living room with my son and 1 electric heater because the heating was inadequate!And to top it off they tried to charge me over £400 for GARDEN maintenance and general cleaning. Soon had to retract when I showed up to tidy the garden and the maintenance man was carrying out repairs which should have been done prior to me moving in! Were they really going to charge me to clean up his mess?! The house was spotless upon my departure. I even left the cleaning products as a thank you.Absolutely disgusted that these people can get away with ripping people off. Even spoke to the previous tenants who confirmed that they had been waiting on repairs for months on end too.5 months I waited to get most of my deposit back. Imagine had I not paid my rent for that amount of time? Charlatans, avoid.

Annie (King’s Lynn) was attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful. Everything she did was in our best interests. She was efficient, caring and understanding. Would use again!

The team at the King's Lynn office, headed up by Alison Richardson, have been nothing less than exceptional during our time with them. Alison, in particular, has been outstanding in every aspect of property management. We have, both rented a property through her, and for the last 8 years let 2 house through her. Knowing how particular she was when we rented gave us total confidence and comfort than anyone renting would be properly vetted and the property inspected at regular intervals, backed up by reports back to us on the property's condition. This has allowed any remedial work to be carried out immediately which she has arranged through her contacts. Definitely worth every penny of the commission we pay her.

To be really honest, my encounter with this agency was nothing short of outstanding. I myself had a very difficult situation within my own life that I had to handle, which made things a bit hard for me to be at appointments physically or even signing documents. Regardless of my situation being very difficult, the 2 individuals Annie and Emma were very accommodating they were so understanding and so helpful I couldn’t be anymore grateful for the help they provided. Which allowed me to have the smoothest process possible while being out of the country for work and eased the stress on my shoulders. Definitely a 5 star rating well done by Belvoire and it’s amazing staff.

Thoroughly professional and very helpful staff. Both Alison and Emma facilitated me on every step and guided me through the whole process with a lot of patience as this was my first experience of renting a property outside of my home country.
