Turned up on time and did a great job. I wasn't at the property at the time (it was an external job, gutter clearance) but Patrick maintained great communication throughout and went above and beyond when seeing a problem with the downpipe. Would highly recommend!

Brixton Property Maintenance Services - Patrick was stellar!I had a few tasks to be done including a bathroom extractor fan replacement and checking my fuse box for possible electrical issues. Patrick was v quick to respond, worked very hard, was clearly experienced, professional, reliable, really lovely and, didn't rip me off! Over the years I've used several property maintenance companies / individual plumbers & electricians and have been disappointed (sometimes they haven;t even turned) and... ripped me off!Not only has Patrick now become my go-to but, I will recommend him to all by neighbours in my shared block (we are always consulting each other) and nearby.
