Meeting Dr Hartnell was most supportive at a time of great anxiety for me. He has a calm and very reassuring manner and did not hurry our consultation. He later sent a letter to me and my GP covering all the points that we discussed which was extremely helpful.I would certainly see him again if it ever became necessary and would recommend him to anybody.

Positive experience altogether with Dr Harkness however unfortunately encountered a very rude secretary(Claire)who cut off the phone whilst speaking to her, she was not patient to listen to me and dismissed me making me feel horrible.Really poor customer service!
