Charlotte is amazing, 24 ct gold, I told her the problem with my phone, she immediately came up with a solution which was worth trying at home, eureka, it worked. She really is a 5 star company. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her whatever the problem with your phone.

An excellent repair completed very quickly (within hours once the part had been ordered). Drop off and collection of the phone was done at a time and place convenient to myself. You wouldn't know the screen had ever been broken or repaired. It was also good to know the replacement screen was an official Samsung part too. Labour costs added to the cost of the part were as expected. Thanks for a great job. I'd highly recommend anyone to use Swell repairs!

Charlotte fit us in at very short notice on a Sunday afternoon and replaced my daughter's iPhone 6Plus screen within 30 mins, and then also fitted a screen protector. Competitive cost and professional service, all done with a smile. Would highly recommend.
