Really disappointed with the return policy. I bought some items and unfortunately I did not have chance to use. They did not give me any refound Or return despite the items are still sealed as when purchased.

Very poor customer service

We’ve been ordering from Potters for around 4 years. Always give us exactly what we want.Only had 1 order come wrong and this sorted quickly and efficiently.They always send my orders on time and have helped express deliver times I’ve forgotten.The quality of their boxes and bags are fantastic.

I cannot recommend Potters highly enough for any Jeweller looking for packaging products. I had used Westpack in Denmark - you can see my review of them on google. What a mess they made of my second £500 order ! And just terrible customer service. So I looked to Potters to save the day and they did ! Exceeding my expectations on service and quality. I wish I had found them sooner. If you can get to them to see and pick the right products in the range for you, then you would be doing yourself a big favour. Choosing online can be ok, but do you get to see the entire range and pick the best for you ??? They might even be able to send someone to you with the range.Anyway, so pleased to be back buying from a uk company and very proud and excited to see our Jewellery so well packaged at long last !!!

Potters are absolutely brilliant company to deal with. They always go out of their way to get my packaging orders to me super quickly when I have last minute requests and have always delivered perfect quality. I've been using them for 4-5 years now and they have yet to disappoint.

I have been dealing with Potters since 1990. I have always found them very helpful and efficient. The boxes are well priced, and good quality.
