A very large bright store all on ground level the entrance is wheel chair friendly and there's a small cafe inside--- stocked with all manner of home items and wares ie-- food -magazines --pots --pans--clothing-- there is a large carpark with disable parking close to the entrance - the staff are polite and courteous and the shopping experience is very good

walked in to order the first thing we heard was the man swearing, ordered went to find a seat every table was covered in previous persons foods open sauces empty bottles really disgusting.we then waited 20 m for a cottage pie that when it finally arrived looked like dog sick on a plate really disappointing. never eating there again and the peas were cold needs more staff or staff that actually care about the place to run it properly.

I had 2 off eggs (fried), chips and beans. £5 all in. Not substantial enough for that price point in my opinion. The beans were probably own brand, but the chips were nice enough. The tables could do with more regular cleaning. OK but could be better. Friendly table service, but slow ordering process.

Really good in terms of how they support community. Supermarket is great. Cafe needs major improvement in food quality and staff training. Very difficult to even get a hot drink.

Went to Morrisons in Stirchley and ordered a bacon bap at 11:20Received a “sandwich “ 20 mins laterIssues1 time to receive sandwich not bap2 bacon undercooked3 bread obviously microwaved as hard4 No butter on bread5 sandwich cold6 No sauces offeredGenerally very poor product and serviceAlso café wasn’t busy so no excuseWould give zero rating if allowed

Permanently out of stock of the larger semi-skimmed organic milk. Whoever is responsible isn't ordering enough of it. It costs us money to shop here but we use it if we can't get to a bigger cheaper store

Very expensive. Produce not fresh iceberg lettuce we’re all brown.Staff nice atmosphere notSpoke to security guard about wrongful parking in mother and baby spots was not bothered. No trolleys available

I'm doing this review hoping that the management does something to improve the service.I use this store very often, because it's convenient otherwise I would go somewhere else.If you going on a Sunday 10 am forget it. They only replace the stock after store is opened, there're no herbs,.no coriander,.no parsley, no beef, no pork...shelves are empty and you have a trolley parked on the side waiting for staff to replenish the stock but staff no where to be seen. This should be done before store is opened.Loads of item with the wrong labels, specially the ones on discount, but when you reach the till there's no discount applied, when you questioned the staff they always say it's the wrong item and they never honour the price.And today, there was no one available to help the staff on the till, the light was on calling for help and no one would turn up to help with a product which didn't have a label. I had to abandon the queue to get someone myself, otherwise I would still be there waiting.Improve your standards, it can't just be about raising costs with no standards.

It’s a very spacious store with all kinds of items.But a lot of things are cramped within the entrance which makes it annoying to figure how to get to a particular aisle.As the customers leaving seem to block your way in.The lousy Asian security guard needs to chill out and STOP following people around as if they are thieves.The Prices of a lot of goods were okay, but the staff seem miserable for whatever reason they see fit.Just one till operating is NOT good enough. The atmosphere was saddening.

Would the owner Please consider renewing the chipped plates in the restaurant. I had a beautifull breakfast this morning served on chipped crockery. My wife had scrambled eggs on the same quality of porcelain. It would enhance the breakfast experience. Thank you in advance.
