Lexie is an extremely nervous dog. Lisa took her time, gave her breaks and was brilliantly calm with her. Did a great job, definitely be returning

Am always happy with the cut she gives Ben, my dog and he absolutely loves going there. The previous place I took him I had to carry him in, because he would back off soon as we got to the door.He been to lisa a few times now and soon as he realises where he is cant wait for the door to open to see her. When I pick him up he is bouncing around, happy as Larry.

Took my uncles poodle today, who needed a lot of work on her coat, she is also a very anxious dog, Lisa is so kind to the dog, an makes her feel comfortable, her cut was amazing an she looks like a puppy, always great communication too, thank you Lisa, we’ll definitely be back xx

Took my 5 month old puppy to get her nails clipped. Lisa was fabulous with her and very caring for my puppy. Definitely recommend her and will be going back

Took my dog Lola to Lisa for the first time today, absolutely loved how she cut her. My dog is a pomeranian, so she really had her work cut out with her big fluffy coat. Beautiful cut, trimmed her nails also. My dog is very anxious when I leave her, and Lisa looked after her like she was one of her own. Highly recommend. Found myself a new dog groomer, thank you Lisa.

Took the morning off work to have my dog groomed by Lisa and tried to confirm the day before, no responses to many messages! Tried calling a number of times and was hung up on twice - very poor communication. It wasn't until I text and told her to check the internet that she responded immediately - convenient!! Not the type of customer service I want from someone I am giving my little dog to. Didn't even apologise which would maybe have rectified the situation!

I came to Lisa as my dad recommended her from grooming his then 2 dogs. Lisa is absolutely lovely with my dog Jax. She treats him like her own. He has always been funny with groomers but as she is so caring and you can tell she genuinely cares its not as much as an ordeal for him to go there. She listened to how I wanted him cut he never comes home butchered an he smells amazing. Thank you Lisa. I won't be going no where else. To know you offer extra options too such as day care even more reasons as to why you should go. She's the one stop shop for your doggies. Xx
