Rochester Hand Car Wash
Very slow waited ages, left keys and went to get a drink they moved two cars in front of me when I was gone. When I returned my car had not moved. In total it took over an hour and the car was not properly washed . There are other hand car wash places in the area that provide a much better service. The staff are very rude and not at all apologetic. I don’t even want to give them one star.

Rochester Hand Car Wash
I always used this car wash until two weeks ago. I went in there on a Sunday and had my car cleaned they always charged me £20, on this occasion they asked me for £25. I told them I paid £20 last week he then said 4x4's and 7 seaters are £25 I said I don't have a 4x4 or a 7 seater then he said but you have a big car. I pointed out that thier signs say £25 for 4x4's and 7 seaters which I don't have so I refused to pay £25 and just gave him £20. So I won't be using them again.

Rochester Hand Car Wash
We were on our way to London by bike and had very dirty bicycles from the road yesterday. They let us use their water jet for quite a long time, so that our bikes were almost as new. They didn't want any cash for it and were extremely friendly. That's why I write this!

Very Bad ServiceThey normal charge 10.00 but apparently my car was dirty and wanted to charge me 15.00We go to a car wash because our car is dirty not clean!!Very disappointed

Cleaned car thoroughly inside and out. I got there at 8.50 as Google says they open at 7am, had to wait a while as they don't open till 9am
