So we ordered a pizza meal over an hour in advance so that we could have it on our timed dinner break at work. The hour passes and no driver. An hour and 15 minutes passes, no driver. We call the business and are told they are very busy. The driver calls us and has no idea where we are despite being given all the details any sat nav or Google maps would find easily. We are told he'll be here in 20 minutes. Guess what? He wasn't. The driver then calls us and he asking passersby for directions saying he'll be there soon. He finally shows up just as our dinner break ends and does not even offer an apology and we had to deal with food that was barely lukewarm. So we got cold food and in trouble with the boss. Thanks but no thanks.

Extremely greasy. The wings looks parful online and were anorexic in person dripping with grease and Frank's hot sauce together. Had to eat what I could with a knife and fork as couldn't lift the pizza it was dripping with grease that much and topping laid so weird. Chicken goujons were okay bit undercooked and the curly fries was best bit. Stick to what ya know Raffos with the battered sausages and fish suppers.

Ordered via just eat.Order placed at 8.12pmWaited well past the estimated delivery time of 9-930Rang 4 times and then the driver/owner rang us 10.17. Lied and said he was outside. He was not as my friend ran to the gate. Also said that we had rung only once. What a load of lies. Was so rude on the phone and shouldn’t be on just eat if he can’t deliver.Avoid.

Young Girl with glasses and another one with shaven head served me, chips were greasy and the glass wearing girl said to the shaved headed one you made me drop that sausage in there ( meaning the deep fat fryer ) got my meals all swimming in grease sausage was bubbling white and greasy with being dropped in fryer, glass wearing girl was stoned couldn’t stop laughing and couldn’t open her eyes while her and the shaven girl joked. Disgraceful quality of food not be back.

Great selection and quality plus very good value. Usually busy because of it but still speedy service from the friendly staff. Well worth a visit

We won’t be back here. We waited a long time for delivery, almost 1 hour 15 minutes before deciding to collect it. Fish and chips where soggy, with no actual taste. Quality of fish was poor also. Improvements needed. Much nicer places around at the moment.

I ordered just tonight though u think I wdve learnt my lesson ordering on Saturday night ad for the 3rd time food delivered cold. An hr after phoning my order they said busy mine is next 1 out I said ok long as it's not cold now gone 1hr 25mins I phone again they told me I shdn've been told that so again they sure me my food not waiting for next driver they only ave 3 drivers on tonight n my food will not be cold. I only live less than 3mins driving from raffos food arrived at 6.58 I'm assured it's not cold they go n hey guess what yes ITS COLD ONLY EDIBLE THING IS HALF PORTIONS ONION RINGS I understand during these times it's busier I wd respect that but tell the truth to ur customers n dnt let food go out cold. Play fair

Lovely food, I can personally vouch for their pink pasties and chips and their scallops are delicious.
