Rude receptionist that lacks initiative, poor communication and listening skills. I have sent numerous correspondence to the nursing home in regards to a query, which I haven’t received a reply back.

Excellent facilities and amazing staff. From the moment you walk in to reception, you are made welcome. The carers and nurses on the 2nd floor are wonderful. Hard working, but very friendly. I cannot praise the facilities and the staff enough.

So did not really get past the receptionist. Told no vacancies and to try again in the future. Really expected a bit more interest or at least an offer to view the home etc.
