Staff friendly and polite but the food isn't up to par. Sausages were of poor quality and reminded me of Aldi budget sausages. The bacon was wafer thin and the poached eggs were undercooked with egg slime on them. Portion sizes on the breakfast was small. Also had to send back the beans as they were cold. Maybe some divine intervention is needed.

Well I never knew this Little Taste of Heaven existed. Neatly tucked away off the high street, this place definitely worth a visit for sure. Went for some lunch with 2 friends for my birthday and I cannot fault the service we received. Nothing was a problem and we had service with a smile! Fantastic little place. Will definitely be visiting again.

Visited today as a table of 8 for festive afternoon tea. We were crammed into the back room where it just wasn't big enough for a table of 8 and 7 right next to each other. We waited 40 mins for a drink to arrive at the table. And then we still had to ask for teacups. We waited just over an hour for food. Now I know it's busy especially on a Saturday but when the table is booked for a specific time you'd think putting some sandwiches and cakes in a cake stand so they're ready to go wouldn't be too much trouble. We had to ask for the food after an hour as we had 2 people who had to leave at a specific time and they ended up only having 45 mins to eat by the time it arrived. We were told its because the food on the festive afternoon tea is hot. When it came out 2 items were hot. Some sausages and roast potatoes. The sandwiches had clearly come out of the fridge as they were freezing cold. We also didn't get what was advertised. It said Christmas cupcakes and brandy snaps. No sign of these. Instead we got all cakes that were from Aldi - I know they were from there as I buy the exact same ones for at home. No sign of a homemade or decent cake in sight. We also didn't get offered prosecco which is what was advertised - it was instead replaced by pink lemonade. The mulled wine was nice but no one got the same amount and we ended up asking for a jug of it to pour ourselves. Service was ok - it did feel sometimes like we were putting the girls out when for example we had to ask for teacups and milk when the tea was bought out. We've been before and had a much better overall experience of food and service. As I said I know it's busy on a Saturday but don't book so many people in if you can't offer consistent good service and food.Edit - to reply to cafe response. I think the fact we had to ask twice about the food after an hour suggested there was an issue. Also, we had a lovely afternoon catching up with our party but everyone commented about the food being lacking and not as good as when we've been previously. You know in advance how busy you're going to be by the bookings so I feel like the food taking an hour and drinks alone 40 mins for 2 pots of tea and 2 cups of coffee was a bit disappointing. The sausages were the best part of the festive afternoon tea which is why I gave 2 stars.

Hidden away, in the centre of Kingswinford, we discovered this little taste of heaven. If you're local, or passing by, I highly recommend stopping by and treating yourself and your partner. The staff here are exceptional. Very friendly and incredibly welcoming. I am a heavily tattooed man with a bushy beard, but they treated me like an old friend popping round for breakfast. The prices are fair as this is no greasy spoon cafe, this is a place to relax and enjoy a peaceful moment, an escape from the Hussle and Hussle of life.In site is a small but beautiful gift shop selling greeting cards, candles, and various kitchen accessories (oven gloves etc)Do yourself a favour, stop by for a coffee and meet the wonderful staff, you'll be glad you did.

This is such a lovely little cafe, and I love meeting friends for coffee and a catch up here. However, during my last visit we wanted some breakfast. Before ordering I asked if they had any gluten free bread to which I was told yes enough for one portion so I went ahead and ordered eggs on toast. However when it arrived I had been given 3 slides of toast 2 of which were the end pieces of a loaf, which would normally be fine however all slices or toast were cold, slightly over done and absolutely rock hard. It snapped when I tried to cut it and the butter didn’t melt. The scrambled eggs were perfect which added to my disappointment. Swapping bread to gluten free bread is very simple and makes almost everything on a breakfast menu suitable for someone who has to eat gluten free. I understand if there is a limited supply or the bread is frozen however no toast should be served like that. If there is always an option for gluten free bread a simple GFO symbol would be amazing to see on the menu to make it even simpler to order breakfast sandwiches and egg on toast.I won’t be rushing back here even though I do like it and have been a number of times before. It’s just so disheartening to be served a simple egg on toast so poorly and therefore not enjoying a catch up with friends in a very sweet cafe/shop.

Today was our first visit to Little Taste Of Heaven and it definitely will not be the last! Hands down the best cafe I have ever visited, the atmosphere & service is completely unmatched to anywhere else I have ever visited before, ever. Food was fresh & delicious. It was so warm, cozy & welcoming. I really want to honour the owner for the space that she has created here, every detail is thought of & the staff are so polite and nothing is too much trouble. Can't wait to visit again soon ❤️

I can't fault it. The food is lovely, presented well and service is very good. No wonder you often need to book in advance, because the prices are fairly reasonable too. It's a lovely quirky place with a gift shop attached and beautiful crafts on display in the restaurant too. I had a ploughman's lunch. I've never had one quite like it before. A lot of thought had gone into it with various twists such as a bowl of tiny onions, apple slices, the sweetest grapes I have ever tasted and the addition of ham added to the basic ingredients. The presentation was also excellent
