My two (usually aloof around strangers) cats took an instant liking to the veterinarian Richard. All the staff in the clinic were friendly and caring, with evidently a lot of experience. It felt like my cats were and will continue to be truly cared for. Overall, it was a very welcoming and warm environment; and positive experience.

Brought my kitten to Swansea Cat Clinic for her first vaccinations, the team were so kind and knowledgeable and Richard was amazing answering our questions and keeping the kitten calm. The cat health plan is also a really good deal, especially for kittens.A genuine clinic that has the best interest of the cats in mind!

Been today with my two kittens! Was really nervous as these are my first kittens. Quickly put at ease by Richard! Quiet atmosphere reasonably priced and high quality care from all the staff! Thank you! I feel a much more personal experience than any other vets I’ve been to with my kittens treated with care all I can ask for! Also signed up to the pet plan, very clearly explained and could set it up easily!

What an amazing place. Booking was easy, I could get an appointment online. It has a friendly and calm reception area. A very knowledgable, reassuring and kind vet plus very reasonable and affordable! I am so happy that we changed vet.

Genuinely one of the easiest experiences of my life. This was my first time going to a vet and it was genuinely baffling to see how easy they make everything. Richard was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions no matter how silly they were and they genuinely take time to care for the cats. I brought my two kittens in to see Richard and he was lovely with them and made such a stressful experience so easy. The team at reception were also lovely and so knowledgeable. The prices are very affordable and cheaper than all the vets that had quoted me. If you need a vet that is caring and world class customer service- I cannot recommend the Swansea Cat Clinic enough.

I recently changed my elderly cat from another local vet to Swansea Cat Clinic. Marley had kidney failure and after going through the same with her brother just ten months before I needed a vet that I could 100% trust this time around. Richard was amazing. He went through absolutely everything with me, kept a thorough check on her and involved me in her treatment throughout, even allowing me to be present for her scan. The clinic is absolutely spotless with state of the art equipment and is quiet and calming with only cats there. His prices are very competitive and even when the worst had to happen, I was checked on to ensure I was doing OK. A real personal touch from a very dedicated and caring vet and staff. 100% recommend.

Myself and my kittens- cotton and floss were welcomed into a lovely, clean and calm environment by the very kind Christina. She answered any questions I had and was extremely helpful. We then met with Richard who was very friendly, knowledgeable and put the kittens at ease straight away. I would 100% recommend this wonderful practice to anyone who has a cat, the perfect place to take your fur babies. Thank you both very much!

Well, what can I say about this place? Amazing, brilliant, breath of fresh air….all of the above.As soon as I walked through the door and talked to the friendly and helpful receptionist, and looked at the lovely surroundings, I knew I was on to something.Richard was so personable, friendly and full of help and advice.After being in the room for just seconds and him asking about my 2 girls (Beau and Belle), I was so at ease.He was so professional and knowledgeable with the way he advised me about many things, including what’s best to help Beau lose a little weight (I’ve been feeding her with love aka treats, a little too much).He has such a relaxing manner with the way he explained everything and the way he handled my girls, as they can be quite difficult, but there were no such issues with Richards steady hand.One thing stayed with me….he said how it had been his life’s dream to open a cat dedicated clinic.However, he needn’t have even told me this, as I could see this for myself with every word and smile he gave when checking my girls over.Rarely have I ever been so very pleasantly surprised!This place deserves to absolutely fly! It is the pride of Swansea when it comes to the treatment of cats.I’ve had my girls yearly injections at one of Swansea’s largest vets for the 3 years previous to using Swansea Cat Clinic last week, and whilst they would always be decent and polite, it felt like more of a transaction than a service they were providing.With Richard, it was definitely the service of all services when it came to the treatment of my 2 girls and the advice he gave me. It was a service and a half!Swansea has its very own Ace Ventura and he will do everything he can to ensure that your cat is safe, sound and treated so so well at the Swansea Cat Clinic!Thanks again all, I look forward to seeing you next time!
