(zero stars)Advance autos was my go to, has been for the last 10 decade or so, however in recent times have observed a steep decline in attitudes to mention a few -No allegiance to loyal customersWill drop you like a hat.A liability of a business and mechanic.Unresponsive, overlooks your attempts to reach out to him, phone calls, messages, ever faced with an emergency or need your car as soon as.... You can forget it, won't happen not on Zulfi's (mechanic/owner) watch.The owner who is also a mechanic will ghost you and severely lacks people skills, aloof and reticent in nature.In hindsight done me a favour. Very HONEST mechanic who really knows his stuff (has worked for some high end car dealers in the past). Will show you parts that have been changed and will always give you an honest opinion of what your car needs. Been going to this mechanic (Uncle Zulf) since 2015 and has always fixed any car I’ve given to him and he is very well priced. Thanks for all your service

Excellent garage and the prices are decent no matter what make or model your car is they will solve the problem

Can't fault amazing service. Out of town sorted my car out. Should me all parts that was replaced and damage. Will definitely be back when I'm back in Birmingham
