Took my partners BMW here. Very helpful and clearly very knowledgeable about BMW. Genuine garage who are friendly and will definitely not rip you off. We will take it back there.

Paul is a fantastic mechanic and really sorted out all the major issues in an amazingly efficient manner and therefore very cheaply in the end! No other local garage were able to correctly diagnose my concerns with my car despite having wasted a lot of money in trying to do so... I'm really happy I finally came here and sorted my Mini's issues out!

Had a major panic as we were driving to Wales on holiday found out our car was due an MOT and tax a couple of days later they, fitted us in the day we arrived, great service we will definitely use again

Ash motors did some work on my car a few months back and managed to get greasy fingermarks on the cream fabric upholstery on the drivers armrest. I complained about this andPaul apologised and cleaned it off as best as he could, but still not as clean as it was beforehand. Anyway I thought that this won't happen again since he is now aware to be more careful in the future. Today took my car in for its Mot and lo and behold there are now oily marks on the cream fabric door upholstery. I can't be bothered to take it back a 2nd time for him to attempt to get the upholstery back to it prior condition. I'll sort it myself and will not be using his garage ever again. He was recommended to me by my partner, whose upholstery is black in which case I assume oily marks are not so obvious. My car is 13 years old and this had never happened with any previous garages I have used.

Asked Paul to look at my car as it was making a noise after a recent repair by another garage, got the car back next day working beautifully and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this garage .

Quoted me a staggering £40 more to perform a minor service compared to going direct with my local BMW dealer. Talk about pulling prices out of your bottom. Wow, no thanks!

Firstly, I have used this garage for servicing and minor jobs for quiet a while and passed on to many a friend and colleague. I've now got what could be a big job and it appears they are not interested. This says to me they are happy to take quick buck for quick jobs, but don't want anything more. I was a very loyal customer.

I called in today without an appointment as I was having problems with my mini. He checked it over & fixed it straight away. It’s driving well now. Very pleased & I will use this garage in future.
