Absolute rubbish pharmacy, medication never ready although i phoned beforehand each time and was told it was ready. Over the 3 months i used them each time was the same. I now use Longton Pharmacy on the Strand, Brilliant.

The reason I'm giving three stars is because there's a lack of knowledge by some staff in term of acknowledging customers waiting at the counter. I entered the pharmacy to collect a prescription. I waited for quite a while before someone asked if I was seen to. Most of the staff kept passing by without giving me eye contact. I feel that the least one can do, is to acknowledge the customer even though they wouldn't have been able to see to them straight away.I understand that they were very busy but, it's only respectful and polite to do so.

The staff here are so friendly and caring! They helped me obtain an antibiotic for my toddler which we couldn't get anywhere else. It was extremely stressful phoning round pharmacies and not being able to get it, whilst having a really poorly child at home, but they made it quick and easy, and put me at ease when I got there.I also love that they have a huge range of stock to purchase, and they are brilliant prices.A truly great community pharmacy! Thank you all!

Consistently a high quality level of service from this Pharmacy. Fast friendly and efficient every time i visit. I literally pass 2 other Chemists to use this one. They make Fenton Health Centre Pharmacy look like complete amateurs.

Always had good service at this chemist, but New Years Eve I was served by a lovely young lady named Chloe who is normally works at dispensing medication. She went above and beyond to help me sort my Partners medication out. Can't thank you enough Chloe.
