Glen Tanar Ballroom
Currently staying in rowan cottage, wow we even brought our own bbq and there was a new one in the shed with all tools. Perfect accommodation for a romantic break , well equipped cottage with many extras and in a stunning location . Will book my next break before wee head home from our first .the only bad thing is I can't buy this cottage . Stunning xx

I went here to my friends son's wedding reception. It is an excellent venue in beautiful surroundings. The catering was first class and we had a great time there and would highly recommend it.

Attended a wedding event at St. Lesmo's church followed by the Glen Tanar ballroom. It was delightful. The venues are stunning and the owners made us all feel so welcome.

Wonderful place, Full of history and amazing architecture. The deer skulls that line all angles of the ceiling date back to the 1800's,and the historical artifacts that are mounted are from all over the world. Another nice asset is the North American Redwood trees that are around the property,and hundreds of years old.

Wow. Just wow. The ballroom is spectacular and the areas of Butlers Cottage we were in were nothing short of spectacular.The whole place was perfect for the wedding of 2 close friends and only added to how spectacular a day it was!

A well looked after estate, everywhere is signposted and grounds look lovely. I took forest track out and ride up and down Mount Keen on the bike. Stunning views, great day.

Fabulous, beautifully appointed self catering cottage. Fantastic walks in the estate, thru the Caledonian pine trees. Peaceful and very tranquil.

Glen Tanar Ballroom
Glen tanar is great. Lots of short river side walks where you can see dippers and other wildlife. Mount keen is accessible from this estate but it's a long walk from car park to summit, alot of people cycle the main track and then walk the accent.

A wonderful part of the historic Glen Tanar Estate. Houses a lot of very interesting items in a beautiful ballroom adorned with deer antlers.
