The consultant did not use the correct sterile technic. He removed the whole metal cover on vial to drew the botox. These vials have rubber lid to insert the niddle and drow the medication but he romoved all metal and rubber piece by something like bottle opener.This compromise the sterile medication and increases the risk of infection. His sterile technic was poor and I have actually contracted eye infection. Hand washing is the basic before any procedure. Before calling me to the room I saw him going to toilet and am not sure he washed his hand... As he sertainly did not wash his hand in the room before touching my face.

I can’t thank Dr Halfhide enough for sorting my skin out, I went to him completely at a low point with my skin my acne was so bad and I was so frustrated. I thought I would never be able to leave the house without make up and now I hardly wear it, I’m so grateful for Dr halfhide giving me my confidence back.

The time at Cambridge clinic has been so refreshing. The staff are credit to the company. The girls are quick to resolve queries and provide a welcoming space. I can’t praise them enough. Thank you!!

I was really disappointed with skin clinics. I have a recent scar and I wanted to check if there is anything needs to be done. Over the phone, they said I have to see the consultant which costs £165. I have told them it is a new scar but they insisted that the only way forward is to see a consultant. So I accepted and paid a £50 deposit towards it. When I got there, the consultant looked at the scar and he said it's a new one so nothing to be done before a year. just use a scar cream (which I'm already using). Then I spent my time filling in forms that no body told me about while I was waiting in the lobby. Then he took some photos and started random conversations which felt like he's trying to fill up the time. I was asked to pay £165 again - the consultant given me the amount on a piece of paper to hand to the reception. At the time, I forgot that I've paid a deposit so I paid the full amount. I remembered about half an hour after I have left and called them straight away, they said they'll sort it out. Called me again the following day and said that they can't give me the deposit back over the phone. So they suggested to go back to the clinic but to call again before to make sure someone is available. I called again couple of days later when I was in Cambridge as I don't live there. They said they'll call back. When they didn't call back by late afternoon, I called again. They were like just wait for a call back and no apology or explanation was given. I called back two days later and they said I have to wait for 10 days to get a refund. Nothing happened after 10 days so I got a refund through my bank. Honestly, for me, it wasn't worth the money in the first place but what happened later on with the deposit made me even more upset. so unprofessional.

As always, Emily at Skn Clinic Cambridge provided me with excellent service. She had been giving me hydra facials for nine months and she never forced me to do anything, but she genuinely tried to understand my skin's nature and gave me few recommendations. Having a quiet acne scar and pigmentation concern, she recommended face needling and explained the benefits. Having gone through face needling in 3 stages, we have seen substantial improvements. Emily took pictures after each stage, When we saw the results, it was quite amazing. She took care of the process very professionally, always checking the results and providing feedback. My experience with her recommendations for products to use after face needling has been quite positive, and I haven't experienced any adverse reactions. SKN clinic Cambridge and Emily's extraordinary services are definitely worth visiting.

The staff was so kind and helpful also the doctor explained every details clearly. He took all my hesitation away and made me feel comfortable. Clinic was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere.

Things were very chaotic and I had to wait almost an hour to be seen - the explanation was new staff and IT issues. The consultation itself was fine and I appreciated the ability to get the problem sorted there and then but even the clinician did not seem to understand the admin or know his way around the clinic very well.

I paid for underarm Botox and after my treatment I was told to wait two weeks and then contact them if I needed a top up (was only given an email address, no phone number).I did need a top up so after the two weeks I contacted to arrange the top up appointment. They contacted me via email on a Friday before a bank holiday weekend, saying they had a morning appointment on the Tuesday (after bank holiday). I didn’t see this email until the Tuesday (again, bank holiday!). I was then told they had no appointments within the 4 week window for a top up.So that’s that. I’m down £550 and I’m no better off in the slightest as the improvement I did have is long gone (it’s only been 8 weeks). I contacted them a couple more times and received no response at all. I appreciate they may be a busy place, but it is not my fault they were unable to offer me an appointment (except for one very last minute one via email) within that 4 weeks.I will add they did say there was an appointment on the 30th May which was outside of the 4 week window. This was 2 weeks outside of that window. I would have thought, considering the price I paid for the treatment, that they would have made an exception and let me have this appointment for a top up.

Cambridge Sk:n clinic is always a lovely calm atmosphere. Staff are friendly, welcoming and professional and I always feel like I’m in safe hands. I’m really pleased with the results of my treatments and am a repeat client. Very happy with the services.

I went to a mole consultation last week, with the intention to remove some moles for cosmetic reasons. The consultation lasted less than 10 minutes, nowhere near the 20 minutes advertised. The doctor did not even check the moles with a magnifying lens, he merely looked at them from afar. He touched the skin on my back without putting on gloves, and he took photos of my back on his personal phone.Despite not thoroughly checking my moles, the doctor was only interested to convince me to get them removed. He started telling me about prices before he even told me what procedure he would use. He did not tell me anything about aftercare, not even to use sun protection! When I said I have to consult with my partner he said I could just call him then so I can have them removed on the spot. This was after I had told him I want some time to think about it.The consultation was useless, lasted 8 minutes, and cost 165 pounds. The money was completely wasted, and I was left feeling pressured and very unpleasant.Would NOT recommend. Do not waste your money. I will be making an official complaint.LE: I have been called by the Clinic Manager who helped me solve this situation in a quick and efficient manner. 5 stars for customer service, but 2 for the actual doctor who did the consultation.
