I got 2 firms to come round and give us a quote, Paul from Ansley Chimneys came around as promised right day right time,quoted on the spot, quote reasonable and accepted.Wood burner has just been installed by Lee and helper they used dust sheets were very polite/friendly pleasure to have in the house,done a good job.From first contact to finished job 7 days a big Thanks from Paul the Squirrels

Great service, highly recommend. I had my log burner flu swept at a fair price with no mess. Lee was polite, friendly and thankfully managed to squeeze me in at short notice just before a cold snap!

Not happy, time waster, Paul came to my home, told me what to order. I have prepared the chimney myself and he agreed to come and fit the stove on the weekend. He didn't come nor left any message or a call that he won't come. Called him again, said will come next week, same thing, no response. Called again, this time he asked if I booked an appointment and I was like, what?? He said before that he will fit it over the weekend, the job was just to put the liner and plug pipe into pipe. So I said no, I didn't. He responded that he hasn't got time till mid December. I was really surprised how poor customer service is that. Wasted few weeks. Found another guy who completed the job on time week after giving up with Paul. Don't recommend.

Paul turned up bang on time. He is a friendly guy and happy to discuss what he's doing. Could not believe how clean he was my freshly plastered opening was unmarked. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any if my customers.

Delighted with the service from Paul. Arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time. Worked quickly and cleanly. Took time to demonstrate how to remove and replace the plates in the stove and advised that I regularly clean out the ash between plates to maintain and keep a good draw on the chimney.Great service. Will definitely use again.

Called first hour in the morning and arranged for Paul to come and see what work needs to be done. He never showed up and didn't even bother to call. Would definitely not recommend using this company.

Big waste of time. After months of chasing quote and being promised this and that. Disappointed this company has wasted alot of time since June !Given up and wouldn't recommend
