The Henley Distillery

one of the best Gins I have tasted. The classic Henley Gin that I purchased didn't last long. I am already on my third bottle.

I recently bought my husband the Temple Island Spiced Rum. He loves his rum and is quite a connoisseur. He buys local rum from all over the country when we go on holiday. He said it was the smoothest and most delicious rum he had ever tasted - quite an accolade.

We spent a wonderful afternoon creating our own wee gins, very sociable and great fun, this run family business really know their craft and distiller Jacob not only creates award winning gins, he also makes a mean cocktail he is is happy to help you create something of quaffable of your own too. Best gin making experience we have had!

Cracking little distillery, best London Dry Gin I've ever tasted, not silly expensive and a short cycle from my house. What's not to like?!

The gin experience is excellent. Jacob and the team are clearly experts in their field! What a brilliant afternoon tasting the gin and rum produced on site as well as getting to make your own bottle of gin to take home. Would highly recommend.

I placed my order after hearing such good things about the classic dry Gin and it arrived the very next day! It was well packaged and looked absolutely fantastic.The bottle sat on my worktop for a couple of hours ( I was trying to save it for the weekend) every time I walked past it was calling out to me, I have to say the bottle won and I opened it!!It was fantastic on the nose, the pepper aroma was very prominent, first taste - WOW, straight over ice to get the full body and taste! I added some plain old tonic for the remainder, every sip was followed by a slight tingling sensation from the Szechuan pepper finished off with fresh citrus.I have to say this is the best dry Gin I have ever tasted, I will be back for more!!Looking forward to trying the next purchase from this fine distillery.Congratulations and thank you guys @ Henley Distillery.

I waited with such anticipation for my Rhubarb & Orange Henley Gin to arrive, and I was not disappointed! The smell is delightfully citrusy, and the warmth of the rhubarb and pepper give softness. For me, poured into a large glass with plenty of ice, good quality tonic, and two slices of orange is all you need. This really is a Prince among gins and the perfect summer drink.

What an experience. The Henley Distillery is still realivity new, but the master distiller has years of experience.They produce some of the finest Gin that money can buy. The distilling process is done low and slow, producing a single shot Gin that is very smooth, flavoursome, and just amazing.We did the distillery tour, which was done by the owners, and learnt amazing facts about the process of how Gin is made.But wait, there is more. They are also set up to make your own Gin experience and produce a custom gin bottle based on your tastes.They are still a hidden gem. Brought a guest from Australia along- a fresh London Dry G&T at 11am on a 27 summer weekend- what's not to like?! Interesting, well explained and great to see this local business flourish. Worth a visit!
