My first experience using Healys. The whole experience from start to finish was 5 star, the team handled my case professionally and with due care. I would highly recommend them. Charlotte and Elayna were amazing

I had problems with my Google account and removed my reviews when in the process of rectifying the situation. This is a reposted review, pertaining to an accident I sustained in September 2021.This firm was recommended to me by a friend after I was involved in a traffic accident. I had been knocked off my bicycle, and although I was not seriously hurt, I did sustain substantial injuries. I contacted Healys and Mr Dino Skinner took charge of my case. Dino could not have been better! He was pleasant, helpful and very efficient. In short, Dino just took charge of everything and all I had to do was tell him what he needed to know. He is obviously good at his job and the process ran very smoothly indeed - eventually arriving at a satisfactory conclusion. I was adequately compensated! I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THIS FIRM. Basically, Dino lifted the weight of my shoulders, took charge I could not be more pleased with the result. Like most members of the public, we are not particularly well versed in legal matters/procedures etc, which is why it is very important to put our trust in those who are! I do not doubt that there are plenty of good legal teams up and down the country, but from what I have experienced, it would be very difficult to find any that could do a better job!

We've used Healys twice now for conveyancing, and have been impressed both times at how diligent their solicitors are. This time around, Charlotte and Elayna dealt with our lengthy sale and purchase, and I can't fault them at all. They both replied swiftly (usually within an hour, always same day) to any queries, chased often for us and were available to talk to on the phone if we needed to discuss anything. I would thoroughly recommend them, and will happily use them again.
