Sadly my little dog beast had to be put to sleep on the 25th of October and I just wanted to say how amazing the staff were. I have never had to do that before but they took the time out to explain it all to me and try to prepare me as much as possible. They put up with all the tears and heartache and gave me as much time as I needed with her, the most touching part for me was that the nurse still picked her up with kindness and respect after she had gone. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Fentons, you are all so compassionate and amazing. You made the hardest thing I've even done just about tolerable. ❤

I use these vets for my white kitten. They are the same price for all treatments and medicine as other vets. The staff are mostly very nice and helpful. There had been a few times where the staff have spoke to me in a vet manor with too much jargon so I have regularly had to ask them to stop and tell me in English without the jargon. They do also seem rushed off their feet when I turn up to the vets but I am unsure if that is normal. My car has had a few surgeries with the vets here and I can confirm they Do a very good job and I trust them 100%.

Payed £40 consultation fee,my dog was in there 3-4 mins and that included being weighed. To be told that they didnt know what the injury was yet insisted hed need medication costing £28 for 1 week pain relief and £30 for inflammotory tablets.i paid £100 for treatment few months back which was not necessary and i later found out the diagnosis was wrong.would not recomend,no payment plans in place if you cant afford the dayligjt robbery charges.

Unfortunately we had to take our dog here during our holiday due to some sore paws.All of the staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. They were quick to get us booked in and treated! Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Staff there are so lovely and wonderful there. All staff are good with my 2 dogs when we take them down to b seen. Would definitely recommend this vets to anyone who lives in Pembroke Dock.

We have been on holiday here for the last week and our dog had become unwell, not eating his food and had become very listless and lethargic. We managed to get an appointment within an hour this morning. We were very impressed with the helpful attitude of the receptionists and the vet who attended us. Thankfully our dog is much better this evening. Thanks to all involved!
