Attempted payment by card 3 time's, machine not accepting cash. Can't see display where card PIN number is entered on all machine's. Then a month later get parking fine for £100 or £60 pay within 14 day's. Joke of a car park, no wonder the car park only had a few car's there. Won't be using this car park ever again.

You can drive in and through this car park, no barriers, no tickets and you can get a £100 parking charge. This car park is not a Local Authority Car Park it is privately owned and I consider their business practises to be dubious at best. Use at your own risk.

Do not park here under any circumstance!!!! £100 fines are issued even after buying a ticket and displaying it correctly. Fortunately I still had the ticket proving I had followed the requirements along with banking information from paying by card - but if I had purchased the ticket with cash and then cleaned out the car and thrown the ticket away - I would have had to pay the fine. Avoid at all costs!!!

All the machines are broken at this car park.1pm today. Lots of pissed off people in the snow. Im making a complaint to the council as it pyts banvury retail at risk. Meanwhile ncp put up lots of threat if you do not have coins fir their 16 broken machines!!!!

Awful place to park at. Terrible customer support. I was on hold with them 40+ minutes for the guy to give me terrible directions and the wrong pay by phone number. Customer support is the worst and parking machines do not work! Terrible place to park at and a absolute scam. Enjoy your 60 pounds.

Ended up paying 4x what I should have. You get it cheaper if you used the app, but all I got was error messages. I chose to get a paper ticket on the dated machine but gave me an error halfway through typing in my Reg so printed my ticket wrong. So I needed to get another ticket to have it amended as there’s signs threatening that they’ve scanned your Reg.It’s 2023, parking shouldn’t be this difficult

How is this even legal? It appears to be a deliberate ploy by NCP to entrap people and issue £100 fines. Payment machines that appear to work intermittently, charges for driving through even if you don't stop.The local authority should be ashamed of themselves for allowing NCP to operate in this manner in their town.

I had to give them 1 star otherwise this wouldn’t post. Machines were broken, took our cash but would not give us a ticket. First day in the UK. Travelled from the states. Big rip off. Sent me a 100. Quid fine 3 weeks later. This should be illegal but obviously the city doesn’t care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
