Just been to the Nunnery Drive Centre in Sheffield to buy some paint I had ordered, I was served by Jennifer N and a more obliging and helpful person I have yet to meet, there was nothing that was too much trouble for her, she even helped me trace a colour from Focus which is as old as the hills and gone out of business.She is a credit to your establishment and I only wish there were a lot more like her. Praise where praise is due. Totally refreshing in this day and age.Regards E.Cummins

Usually pretty very good with the girl with black hair but today omg! 35 minutes to get served for mixing one tub of paint.The girl with dreds needs a lesson in customer service and the bloke needs to go back to school. Will use other store next time.

Many thanks for the help of Tara - a very pleasant and efficient young lady - in advising us with our decorating needs. She and her colleague Shaun carried everything out to the car - without asking I might add - so again thank you for the old school service - rarely found these days but much appreciated.
